This looks like it is probably a honey bee. The flower is a hairy water lily.
These water lilies are native to India and tropical Asia and widely cultivated for use in warm climate water gardens around the world.
The showy flowers are mostly pink, varying from white to deep red. The round leaves are densely pubescent underneath, have dentate margins and float on the water.
